This year we will kick off on June 4th- June 8th, 2026 with a lineup of DJs, Celebrities, Comedians, Live Musical Performances and more at four days of spectacular nightly events & daytime pool parties where everyone is welcome at the most magical place on Earth; Orlando, Florida at Walt Disney World Parks!

 

EARLY BIRD BOOKINGS 

(Any reservation made before April 22, 2026)

Early Bird hotel reservations require a 33% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due by April 22, 2026.

If you don't pay for your room by the deadline, you have 24 hours before your reservation may be canceled.

Reservations made from April 23, 2026, will require full payment at the time of booking.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM

 A Credit Card Authorization link is in the initial email (Hotel Invoice) after booking your room. 

This form must be completed, and a valid ID must be uploaded; otherwise, your booking will be canceled.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservations without a valid credit card and a credit card authorization form on file.

Breakfast is included at both hotels and is provided daily  

FLAMINGO RESTAURANT- by the pool will be serving an All Day Menu

Lobby Market- available in both hotels & also sells alcoholic beverages, snacks, medications, & toiletries.

AGE REQUIREMENT

All hotel guests must be 21 years or older to attend events both on and off the property.

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Check-In: 4 PM and Check- Out: 11AM

PARKING

First vehicle per room is $15.00+ tax included per night. 

Second vehicle per room will be $20.00+ tax per night for any room. (Max 2 cars per room)

Any day passes will be $20.00+ tax per day. Pass Must Be Visible

Parking passes will only be replaced for an additional $20.00+ tax per night.

Please tell friends not staying at the hotel to use a rideshare, as additional parking will be limited.

NO REFUNDS 

Any payments made to Girls in Wonderland Orlando Festival are not refundable for any reason, including, without limitation, failure to use Hotel Reservation / Tickets / Pass, due to illness, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment, and/or duplicate purchases.
